Who We Are

We are Mayfair-Plymouth Church. We warmly invite all to come and let God meet you where you are right now. Through music and missions, outreach and Bible studies, traditional and contemporary worship services, we are centered on going out, developing relationships, and sharing who Jesus is. Our weekend worship service and our many small group settings are relaxed and friendly, providing a welcoming, approachable, and informal atmosphere where we help one another grow in Christ.

Mayfair Plymouth Church FAQs

What are the styles of church services at Mayfair Plymouth Church that I might experience?

At Mayfair Plymouth, we currently have a blended service style that may appeal to you to accommodate our current shared-building arrangement with Precious Blood Church. On Sunday, Septyember 24, we will go back to two services. Our traditional worship service will begin at 8:30am and features an organ and choir, the congregation typically sings classical hymns, and there tends to be a consistently set order of service. Our contemporary worship service will begin at 9:30am, and you’ll experience a service featuring a variety of musical instruments and contemporary song selections.

What should I wear to church?

There is no dress code at Mayfair Plymouth Church. Please dress comfortably. Some choose jeans; others may wear casual dress. Here, we believe God’s Word when it says, “The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” -1 Samuel 16:7

Can I bring my kids to church?

Yes! There are many options available for you and your family. First, children are always welcome in the service. We believe you can never be too young to worship the Lord. We also have a cry room available for nursing mothers that provides a video feed to the sanctuary. Our children’s ministry also features a well-staffed nursery for babies and toddlers, as well as Sunday School classes for children ages preschool through sixth grade. We also have youth classes available for teenagers on Sunday mornings as well. Mayfair- Plymouth Church welcomes your entire family!

Can I get copies of the sermons to listen to again or to pass on?

Every week the sermon is posted online, and is easily accessible and free to anyone interested. Simply check out the Media section on our webpage to connect to the media player and find recent and past sermons to stream. Or, you can look them up on iTunes.

Is the church handicap accessible?

Yes. Although our church building does have multiple levels to house our many ministries, there is an elevator available to anyone in need of assistance up and down stairs. Our facilities meet ADA requirements and standards as well. We want all people to feel welcome and at home inside our doors.

How long do church services last?

Typically, services last 60-70 minutes. However, we hope that you’ll feel so at home at Mayfair that you won’t want to leave.
